Flood zones, parcels, and zoning come free on top as public-record layers, wherever a source covers your area.
Do I have to choose which layers I want?
No. There is no picker and no bundle tier. Every order is entitled to every bundle layer in every format, and the size of the area you draw is the only thing that sets the price.
Are flood zones, parcels, and zoning part of what I pay for?
No. They are public-record layers, passed through as the record holder publishes them and free on any order. They arrive with the bundle wherever a source covers your area.
Do I have to download all 32 files?
No. Pick a workflow, such as Real-time, BIM, CAD, or GIS, and the download holds what that tool needs. Everything is one click away.
Do I get 2D drawings for CAD and print?
Yes, at no extra cost. The bundle includes a Drawings folder with Linework.dxf, georeferenced CAD linework on named layers, and a plan sheet at two sizes, each as a PDF to print and an SVG to edit. Each sheet is scaled automatically and carries a north arrow, scale bar, legend, and title strip.
Do you have building footprints for anywhere in the world?
Building coverage follows OpenStreetMap, so dense urban areas are well mapped and rural ones may have few or no footprints. When an area has none, the bundle says so rather than shipping an empty building model.
Can I use the vector features commercially?
Yes, with one condition. The vector features are delivered as a licensed Derivative Database under ODbL 1.0, so you keep attribution and pass the same licence on if you redistribute the data itself. The rasters and meshes have no such condition.
What happens where a layer has no data for my area?
The manifest records the reason explicitly, separating a genuinely empty result from an area the source does not cover. Flood zones outside the United States are reported as uncovered, and nothing is silently dropped or padded.
