One area, nine kinds of data, 31 output formats. Elevation and the surfaces built from it, aerial imagery, a vector basemap, building models, land cover, vegetation, flood zones, and the raw vector features behind them. Every layer is included with every order, whatever the size.

Elevation

The shape of the ground, and the analysis layers computed from it. This is the layer everything else is registered against.

Global. Every order gets the finest native resolution available for its area: down to 1 m across much of the populated United States and Europe, and 30 m elsewhere.

Sub-meter aerial imagery across the United States. Everywhere else falls back automatically to 10 m satellite imagery, and the manifest records which one you got.

how delivery works

Core files now, the rest on request

  • Your order downloads with the core set: the vector basemap, aerial imagery as tiles and a raw GeoTIFF, the elevation model, the 3D terrain tiles, and the vector features.
  • Every other format in the catalog generates on request from your vault, at no extra cost and with no price impact. Nothing is upsold and nothing expires.
  • Files are organized by layer, one folder per kind of data, with a manifest that records the source, the resolution, and the licence of everything inside.
  • Where a layer genuinely has no data for your area, the manifest says so plainly instead of shipping an empty file.

Frequently asked

What data comes in a bundle?

Nine layers for the area you draw: elevation and the slope, aspect, and contour products built from it, aerial imagery, a vector basemap, editable vector features, terrain and building meshes, a BIM site model, land cover and vegetation, and United States flood zones. All of it is included with every order.

Do I have to choose which layers I want?

No. There is no picker and no bundle tier. Every order is entitled to the whole catalog, and the size of the area you draw is the only thing that sets the price.

Why does my download not contain all 31 formats?

The order downloads with the core files most people need first, which keeps the initial download small. Every remaining format is generated from your vault whenever you ask for it, at no extra cost, and it lands in the same folder layout.

Do you have building footprints for anywhere in the world?

Building coverage follows OpenStreetMap, so dense urban areas are well mapped and rural ones may have few or no footprints. When an area has none, the bundle says so rather than shipping an empty building model.

Can I use the vector features commercially?

Yes, with one condition. The vector features are delivered as a licensed Derivative Database under ODbL 1.0, so you keep attribution and pass the same licence on if you redistribute the data itself. The rasters and meshes have no such condition.

What happens where a layer has no data for my area?

The manifest records the reason explicitly, separating a genuinely empty result from an area the source does not cover. Flood zones outside the United States are reported as uncovered, and nothing is silently dropped or padded.
